With Payment partners: We may share Your information with Our payment partners when you purchase a plan for the purposes of processing any payment you make and other payment related activities such as sending reminders when payment is due.

With other users within your workspace: when You share personal information, such information may be viewed by other users within your workspace when required for operation of the Service.

Sale of your Personal Data

The Company does not sell, lease or otherwise transfer for profit, Your Personal Data. We only collect Your Personal Data for the operation of the Service we provide to you.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data as long as You maintain a paying account. We will remove any inactive accounts, and delete Your Personal Data, active after 6 months.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes for a period of 30 days.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Deletion of Your Personal Data


Your Personal Data can be irreversibly removed by deleting Your Account using the Web App dashboard or emailing a request to hello@go-outreach.com. We will respond to your request within 3 working days. Analytical data which may be associated with Your Personal Data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

GDPR and CCPA


We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:
